Claritin, Zyrtec, and Benadryl all have different medications in them, but are all antihistamines. If one doesn’t work, try another. Your local news weather app should have a section that shows which allergens are high. Pay attention to what’s up around the time you have the worst symptoms. Tracking the times of year your problems will be bad should be fairly easy from there. Prepare with Vitamin C, a cool mist humidifier and VapoRub. Good luck, Sweetie!! See an allergist boo, mine are insane to the point I get rashes. Benadryl worked to a point but I had to take so much… Get the test then they’ll give you shots 😊 also have you tried local honey? I’m sure you probably have.
